The center provides eligible employees with multiple primary and urgent care services at one location close to home, eliminating expensive and unnecessary emergency room charges. Partnership Health offers customized, patient-centered, cost-effective health programs built on coordinated care. The health center, known as the Hamilton Township Partnership Health Center, will be located at 200 First Responder’s Way. The health center will be established and managed by Partnership Health Center by Integrity Health, LLC, as approved by the Township Council at their meeting earlier this week. Mayor Martin announces the establishment of a health, wellness, and care coordination center for Township employees, dependents, and retirees covered under the Township’s health plan.
